IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

FOR AFFILIATES

1. Eligibility
The TechCrush Affiliate Program is open to individuals that meet the following criteria:
– Have a website, blog, social media presence, or other online platform suitable for promoting
TechCrush courses.
– Can drive quality traffic and potential customers to the TechCrush website.
– Agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Affiliate Signup and Approval

To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate registration form and provide all required
information including your website/platform details and promotional strategy. TechCrush
reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure
3.1. Standard Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the course fee for
each successful referral and sale.
3.2. Increased Commission Rate: After an affiliate has generated 20 successful sales, their
commission rate will increase to 15% on all subsequent sales.

4. Commission Tracking and Payment
4.1. Tracking: TechCrush will provide affiliates with a unique referral link to track sales. These
must be used for tracking referrals and commissions. Commissions will only be paid on sales
generated through this link. Commissions will be calculated based on the tracked referrals that
result in successful course enrollments.
4.2. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on the second Friday and the last Friday
of every month.
4.3. Payment Threshold: There is no minimum payment threshold. Affiliates will receive their
earned commissions during the scheduled payout dates.
4.4. Payment Methods: Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or other specified payment
methods.

5. Commission Eligibility

5.1. First Commission: Affiliates will receive their first commission after their second successful
sale referral.
5.2. Ineligible Transactions: Commissions will not be paid on sales originating from the affiliate’s
own purchases, or any other transactions deemed ineligible by TechCrush.

6. Affiliate Obligations

6.1. Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates must promote TechCrush’s courses and services in an
ethical and lawful manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2. Website and Content Restrictions: Affiliates must not promote TechCrush on websites or
through content that contains illegal, offensive, or objectionable material.
6.3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Affiliates shall maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information provided by TechCrush
and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the promotion of
TechCrush courses.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. Term: The affiliate relationship will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
7.2. Termination: TechCrush reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time,
with or without cause, and without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks,
copyrights, and logos, related to TechCrush and its courses and services, remain the sole
property of TechCrush.

9. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechCrush, its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities,
costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the
affiliate’s promotion and marketing activities.

10. Modifications and Updates

TechCrush reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and their continued participation in the program after
such notification will constitute acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
By participating in the TechCrush Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
